If you choose not to cancel your account, your subscription will automatically renew monthly, continuing until you decide to terminate it. And by not canceling your subscription, you authorize us to charge the monthly fee to your chosen payment method.
You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. To unsubscribe, please log in to your personal account and go to the "Billing page", in which you may manage your subscription.
Please note that if the credit card you used for the service does not have sufficient funds at the time of payment, your account will be canceled immediately.
We offer refunds in certain situations. If you cancel your plan before the end of the billing cycle and have not utilized the service, you may be eligible for a refund. However, if the service has been used during the month, that period is non-refundable. Partial monthly subscription periods are also not refundable. If you meet the refund criteria and have followed the terms, you can request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date.

VII. Limitation of Liability

Similarly, TrackMobi is relieved of its obligations when unable to comply due to reasons beyond its control. Accounts are non-transferable as per legal provisions, acts, and common practices. Force majeure encompasses, but is not limited to, the following:

(iii) government measures,
(iv) power outages,
(v) failures in internet, data networks, and telecommunications facilities (including cybercrime and hacking attacks),
(vi) natural disasters,
(vii) wars and terrorist attacks,
(viii) any other situation deemed beyond Trackmobi's control that temporarily or permanently hinders its ability to fulfill its obligations.
In the event of circumstances arising that further impede Trackmobi's ability to fulfill its commitments, it shall be entitled to invoke force majeure.
IX. Third-Party Agreements
The Trackmobi website is solely provided for user utilization and does not impact any arrangements or agreements between users and third parties. Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to third parties, and any consequences arising from inaccuracies or incompleteness shall be borne by the user at their own risk.
X. Intellectual Property Rights
